Is ClixRx free to use?
Yes. Searching for prices, viewing coupons, and using the AI Advisor are free. No credit card and no account are needed. ClixRx does not require a personal profile for core lookup, though we may use limited operational analytics such as ZIP and result counts to keep the service reliable.
Can I use ClixRx inside ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?
ClixRx connects with Claude, Gemini, Grok, or any assistant that supports custom connectors. Add it once at clixrx.com/add (about a minute; your AI asks your permission before anything connects), then just ask your AI for prescription prices whenever you need them. It answers with real prices near you and can pull up your coupon. ClixRx is not available inside ChatGPT yet, and we will announce it when that changes.
Is this the same as insurance?
No. ClixRx provides discount codes, not insurance. These coupons typically cannot be combined with insurance. In many cases, the cash discount price is lower than your insurance copay.
Which pharmacies accept these coupons?
Search a medication to see the participating-pharmacy offers returned for your prescription and ZIP. A pharmacy appears only when the pricing provider returns it for that search.
How much can the discount be?
The range of discounts for prescriptions provided under this discount plan will vary depending on the prescription and the pharmacy where the prescription is purchased and may reach up to 80% off the cash price.
How does the AI Advisor work?
The Rx Advisor combines language understanding with structured drug search, pharmacy pricing, recommendation, and coupon tools. It should explain options in plain English, but it does not prescribe, diagnose, or replace a pharmacist or clinician.
Can ClixRx transfer my prescription?
ClixRx doesn’t transfer prescriptions. Please call the pharmacy directly.
Is my data private?
ClixRx does not sell search data or share it with advertisers. Core lookup does not require an account, and any analytics should stay limited to operating and improving the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use this for my family?
Yes. You can look up prices and get coupons for supported medication queries for anyone in your family, with no account. Just search for each drug and share the coupon with your spouse, children, or parents.
What is a BIN / PCN / Group code?
These three codes identify the discount network and plan to the pharmacy point-of-sale system. RxBIN routes the claim to the correct processor. PCN identifies the plan. Group ID is your membership group (ours is 218780). Together they let the pharmacy process the discount card.
Why is the price different at different pharmacies for the same drug?
Each pharmacy has different contracts with pharmacy benefit networks. A 30-day supply of the same generic can cost a few dollars at one pharmacy and several times that at another, for the identical pill. ClixRx always shows you the ranked list so you can choose.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required for launch. Searching for prices, comparing pharmacies, getting a coupon, and asking the AI Advisor can be done without creating a login or profile.
