Privacy & Consumer Health Data Policy

• The drug name or NDC code you enter
• Your zip code

Searches do not require an account and are not linked to your identity. We pass your search query to our pricing partner networks to retrieve prices (see Section 5), and we keep limited operational analytics, such as the number of results returned, to keep the service reliable. We do not send your ZIP code or location to analytics.

A coupon does not require an account and is not linked to your identity.

A requested discount lookup can create a free reusable savings card. We store its card codes, provider reference, issue date, secure view and print links, and a private session reference so later searches and retries can return the same card. These references do not require your name or a ClixRx account, but can link requests within the same card session. Anyone with a card link can view that card; keep the link private.

When you use ClixRx in ChatGPT or another AI host, that host sends the requested tool inputs to ClixRx and receives the results, including prices and card details. The host handles your conversation under its own privacy policy. ClixRx does not need your full conversation, name, email address, or phone number for a pricing and card lookup.

• Messages you send in the AI chat session
• Medication/search context, ZIP or approximate location, pharmacy quote context, and optional copay or decision-mode context used to answer your request
• Please do not include your name or other identifying details in chat messages; the Advisor does not need them to help you. Direct account identifiers are not sent, and high-confidence email, phone, and government-ID patterns are scrubbed.

Pill-bottle and insurance-card photos are not sent to AI providers. Mobile insurance OCR may run entirely on-device; its image stays on the device.

• A keyed, hashed representation of your IP address for rate limiting and fraud prevention
• Aggregate, non-identifiable usage counts (e.g., number of search results returned)

We use a short-lived keyed, hashed IP representation only for security controls and do not use it as an analytics identity. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party retargeting on any page where health-related searches occur. PostHog is used for limited product analytics with automatic form capture, session replay, console recording, GeoIP enrichment, and person profiles disabled.

If you ask us to text or email a coupon, the phone number or email address you enter is used only to send that message. We do not save it to a profile, use it for marketing, or combine it with your searches. Because a delivered coupon includes the medication name, the message itself contains health-related information; only send a coupon to a number or inbox you trust. Text delivery at coupon creation is sent by RxSense, our pharmacy savings provider; email delivery is sent via Resend. Each provider processes the message in order to transmit it and may keep transmission records under its own retention policies (see their privacy documentation).

Medication searches, coupon details, delivery contact information, and Advisor messages can be consumer health data when linked or reasonably linkable to a person. We collect them from you and from your requested use of ClixRx only to provide pricing, coupons, delivery, maps, and Advisor responses; the processor categories and data shared are listed in Section 5. Washington residents may confirm collection or sharing, access their data and the recipients, withdraw consent for future collection or sharing, request deletion, or appeal a denied request. Email privacy@clixrx.com with subject line "MHMDA Request." You do not need to create an account. We will use reasonable steps to authenticate a request and respond within the time required by law.
