1. Who We Are
Royal Prescriptions LLC ("ClixRx," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at clixrx.com and the ClixRx mobile application. We are a prescription discount lookup service. We are not a pharmacy, health insurer, healthcare provider, or HIPAA covered entity.

2. Anonymous by Design
ClixRx is built to be used anonymously. You do not create an account to search for drug prices or generate a coupon. We do not ask for your name, and we do not require you to sign in.
Because there is no account, your price searches are not tied to a personal identity and we do not build a profile of you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your drug searches with advertising networks, data brokers, or social media platforms.
3. Data We Collect
When you search for drug prices (no account required)
- The drug name or NDC code you enter
- Your zip code
- Quantity requested
Searches do not require an account and are not linked to your identity. We pass your search query to our pricing partner networks to retrieve prices (see Section 5), and we keep limited operational analytics, such as ZIP code and the number of results returned, to keep the service reliable.
When you generate a coupon
- Drug name, NDC, quantity, and pharmacy selected
- A randomly generated share token (no personal identifier)
- Pharmacy chain and discount percentage (for aggregate analytics only)
A coupon does not require an account and is not linked to your identity.
Rx Advisor (AI chat)
- Messages you send in the AI chat session
- Please do not include your name or other identifying details in chat messages; the Advisor does not need them to help you.
Automatically collected
- A hashed (SHA-256, one-way) representation of your IP address for rate limiting and fraud prevention
- Aggregate, non-identifiable usage counts (e.g., number of search results returned)
We do not store your raw IP address alongside drug names. We do not use advertising pixels, session recording tools, or third-party retargeting on any page where health-related searches occur.
4. How We Use Your Data
- To retrieve prescription prices from our partner pharmacy networks
- To generate and display your discount coupon
- To answer your questions through the Rx Advisor
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To improve our service using aggregate, de-identified analytics
We do not sell your data. We do not share your drug searches with advertising networks, data brokers, or social media platforms.
5. Data Sharing with Third Parties
To operate our service, we share data with the following categories of vendors. Each receives only the minimum data necessary for their function.

6. Your Rights
Because ClixRx is used anonymously and we do not maintain user accounts or store your searches against an identity, we generally hold no personal data tied to you to access, correct, export, or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, or you have a question about your rights, email privacy@clixrx.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Washington State residents (My Health My Data Act)
Washington residents have rights under the My Health My Data Act (MHMDA). To exercise MHMDA rights, including any right to confirm whether we collect consumer health data about you and to request its deletion, email privacy@clixrx.com with subject line "MHMDA Request." We will respond within 45 days.
7. Health Breach Notification (FTC HBNR)
ClixRx may be subject to the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule (16 CFR Part 318). We are not a HIPAA covered entity; the HBNR governs breach notification obligations for services like ours.
In the event of a breach of security involving personal health record information, we will provide notification as required by the rule, which can include notifying the FTC and, where a sufficient number of individuals in a state are affected, prominent media outlets in that state.
8. Data Retention
- Search queries: Used to return prices; not linked to your identity or kept as a personal search history
- Coupons: Retained for 12 months to support claim verification, then deleted
- Hashed IP representations: Retained only as long as needed for rate limiting and fraud prevention
- Aggregate analytics: Non-identifiable; retained in aggregate form
9. Security
Data in transit is encrypted (TLS 1.2+). We minimize what we collect, conduct regular security reviews, and limit data access to personnel who need it to operate the service.
10. Children
ClixRx is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@clixrx.com.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when our data practices materially change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we introduce optional accounts or features that store personal or health information in the future, we will update this policy before those features become available.
