Terms of Service

By using ClixRx (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Royal Prescriptions LLC ("we," "us," "our").

ClixRx is a prescription discount lookup tool. We help you find lower prices on medications at pharmacies near you by querying participating discount networks.

ClixRx is not:

• A pharmacy or pharmacy benefit manager
• A health insurer or Medicare/Medicaid plan
• A healthcare provider or medical service
• A substitute for health insurance

Discounts provided through ClixRx cannot be combined with insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid benefits. Present your coupon only when paying out of pocket.

Nothing on ClixRx (including the Rx Advisor AI chat) constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. The Rx Advisor is a price lookup assistant only. Always consult a licensed physician or pharmacist before making decisions about your medications.

Never delay seeking medical attention or disregard professional medical advice based on information you receive from this Service.

Prices displayed are estimates retrieved in real time from our partner pharmacy networks. Actual prices at the pharmacy counter may vary due to inventory, local pricing, dispensing fees, and other factors. We make no warranty that any displayed price will be available at the time of purchase.

ClixRx is not responsible for pricing discrepancies between the Service and amounts charged at the pharmacy.

ClixRx is free to use, and we do not require you to create an account. You can look up prices and generate coupons without signing in or giving us a username or password.

We do not currently offer user accounts, a saved medication vault, family profiles, price alerts, or any paid subscription tier. If we introduce account-based or paid features in the future, we will update these Terms before those features become available.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access our systems or pricing partner APIs
• Submit false or misleading information
• Resell or commercially exploit coupon codes or pricing data without our written consent
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure

All content, trademarks, and software associated with ClixRx are owned by Royal Prescriptions LLC or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our intellectual property except as needed to use the Service as intended.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PRICING INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROYAL PRESCRIPTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS MADE BASED ON PRICING INFORMATION DISPLAYED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $50 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Prescriptions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Because the Service is anonymous and we do not hold your contact information, we cannot notify you directly. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
